At Pixelon Creative, we strive to ensure every client is satisfied with our services. However, due to the nature of digital services and the labor involved, we have a strict refund policy outlined below.
1 Web Design Services
- Before Work Begins If you cancel your order within 24 hours of payment and before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund minus any transaction fees.
- During the Project Once the design phase has started, no full refunds will be issued. If you are unsatisfied with the initial concept, we may offer a partial refund (up to 50%) at our discretion, covering the labor hours already spent.
- After Delivery Once the final website is delivered or launched on your domain, no refunds will be issued.
2 Social Media Management
Social Media packages are monthly subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving us 7 days notice before your next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services.
