Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Pixelon Creative (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and services are our proprietary property. Upon full payment, the ownership of the developed website design and code is transferred to the client. However, Pixelon Creative retains the right to display the work in our portfolio.

For us to complete your project on time, you agree to provide all necessary text, images, and other content within 7 days of project kickoff. Delays in providing content may result in a shift in the delivery timeline.

• Web Design Packages: Full payment is required upfront via our secure payment links (Stripe) to commence work.
• Monthly Subscriptions: Social media management fees are billed monthly in advance.

Our packages include a specific number of revision rounds (typically 2 rounds of feedback). Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate of £50/hr.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom. Pixelon Creative and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
